Accounting Rocks!

The Regional results are in, and 138 students will be competing at the State meet on May 14! Congrats on that accomplishment!

Thank you to the many coaches who have contacted me and volunteered to help at the meet. I will do my best to make the day both an honor and a joy, and your help will be invaluable!

I am adding today the first of several state concept lessons, this one on corporations and stock. I still have a cash flow presentation that is nearly ready to post. Please let me know if these are helpful, or are missing vital info, or if there are other lessons you’d like to see.

There are a myriad of details behind the scenes that former director LaVerne Funderburk made look simply seamless! Please be patient with me on the lessons, because those details must be covered in order to run a smooth meet.

There is someplace on the website to sign up to get notice of new posts, but you would have to share that with me! From looking at the stats, it appears that many of you are accessing the website; I hope that it’s been a blessing and benefit to you!
